With todays technology, a smaller ballbearing turbo of good quality will go a long way and suit your needs.

Spending money on n/a is not rewarding to say the least. If your dead set on n/a then find 16v head and associated parts. Intake and exhaust manifolds, fuel rail, 16v ecu and ezk.
