So this whole build started out with me needing another car for my girlfriend, i had just bought a v70 xc that was in extremely good shape. Obviously i was going to buy her a Volvo 240. I stumbled across this diamond in the rough.

Well i got it for the total cost of 643 dollars with new plates and everything. and she drove it in the hot Sacramento sun for 3 weeks before she wanted out of it. No AC is unacceptable for a girl these days! So i gave her my v70 i hated that car, abs modules going out, blew the head gasket, just alot of work. so i started getting into the 240, i couldnt contain myself.

I had the pegasus from my old 245, they looked great on the white sedan!

First off i swapped in a Electric fan, IPD sways, Adjustable torque rods/Panhard rod. Gt upper strut plates, diesel front springs wagon rear springs. bilstien touring shocks up front. Heavy dutys in the rear.

Then i got a engine, tranny, turbo, a crap load of steel braided lines, Full LH2.4 harness and chippable computers.

So as the car sits right now it has a Super lowmileage 1993 AW71 and B230FT, it has a chinabay .50/.63 turbo with a stock garrett wastegate (that isnt working worth a damn right now for some reason) it has the full LH2.4 harness swap in it, 850 t-5 injectors, Homebrew 3.5 inch downpipe with a shortened wastegate arm so it opens extremely fast. it has a relocated filter, am using the 93+ water cooled oil cooler, and going to also run a air cooler too.

the big guy in the pictures mainly operated the hoist. it was a real struggle to work with someone who has never touched a car before.

Shaved some unecessary weight, and put on the Bilstien HD's off of a blazer, WOW what a difference when the car is jacked up the springs dont fall out of the perches!

Its coming together really well. I am very happy with it. I am going to be ordering injectors for it soon for my e85 swap :). 5 speed is going in on friday. Then I am installing a new oil pan and gasket as long as throwing in a new rear main seal due to the car leaking like a sivv.
 
The car runs great on e85. All that has been done is. TLAO ECU/EZK chips. 75lb injectors and yea.... lol it smells awesome! I will post 5gas and dyno results in the coming week

This pull was. Spike at 15psi dropped to about 13ish with a plugged up stock cat converter. And a leaking divertervalve and aw71. Pretty darn good if you can't read it it's 209whp and 235torque
