16v exhaust manifold flange

Does anyone make a 16v OR 8v exhaust manifold flange to make your own manifold from? Asked Google and searched here, no biscuits. I'm the proud father of a new tig welder so why not?

That looks like an 8v to 16v adapter. I just want a 16v FLANGE to weld onto.

He has a page called flanges (https://yoshifab.com/store/flanges.html) which sells flanges, not clamps.
