How many times can a B234f valve cover crack?

I'm finding out, FML. Already had the front left ear welded back on and just had the rear left ear crack pretty good. Days like today make me want to put the tools down for a long time. :-(

Fresh turbo motor, catch can?

I'm drawing close to having a running car soon and with a completely fresh motor would it be worth it to run a catch can instead of a pcv? It seems that a catch can is a bandaid for a worn out motor....

I have provisions to run a distributer if need be. Ok so, 36-1 wheel on the crank driving the coils in wasted spark? Would that be better as far as a reliability and smaller package standpoint?

I'm wanting to run Toyota COPs on the 16v. I don't have room to run the DSM CAS on the back of the head. I plan on some version of MS. Is there another way of doing this?
