1991 744 Turbo (the Race Car)

I will try to get day pics today. But this is from last night. Like I said to much, I need to dial it back this afternoon

For sure. You would have to be driving hard on a track to get those puppies to wear evenly with all that camber :)

So I pulled it back out to maybe -1.5deg and I am not as happy so I am going to dial a little more back in. Stupid adjustable stuff making me fine tune things.

Got the Loop Done, I know lots of grease and crud but it will never rust haha.

I weld'ed a piece of steel to the crossmember so the DS can bolt flat to it. The threads are long bolts that are weld'd on the backside so they should hold up for a while.

So this is my best run from this last friday, it is a little slower than my old best due to different intake manifold and me also not shifting at peak power, I am really wanting to go back as I think I was upshifting very early. I am #570

So far I have my new 4" air filter here, and my MS box is in the process of having the final wire added, I am hoping to go MS before the Next march 7th races so we shall see, a rough tune at lower boost running the same would be a great start.

that's the plan with MS, I have a spot to mount it in the cluster already I just need my MS box and then to get to installing stuff. Once in I am going to super Hassle some of you MS people to help me get a good base tune down. While I would of really loved to of done an 11.99 on LH, the gain in MPG from MS will allow me to drive the car more and put a lot more miles on it.

I am going to put it on the other side so my little.brain doesn't get confused.... Or put it someplace annoying. Should be fun to figure out once I get ms working.

Cam plug came in today along with IPD block off plate. Few days ago my new 4" k&n showed up.

Need to dig up a bung for the IAT and get that welded onto some pipe and I am pretty much ready.
