Projekt "We dont roll"

Lets see how this goes, uploaded some more recent pics. I haven't done much because i just drive it. It's pretty much where i want it except the steering.

These are some rigs built by the guy i work for now. The Nova impressed him and sold me the job to work for him. He was very much wanting me in this car show in his lineup, that was an honor.

First time ever on the rollers, 232hp and 238tq with a very fat top end. I have no doubt if i dial the fuel pressure down 250+ will be easily had.

So I was on the computer late Thursday night and went to Haltech's website.... 20% off of ECU's... I bought the Elite 1000 for the Nova. I got the wire harness to go with it. The new job i have i get parts at cost so i have a Dakota Digital dash coming and American Autowire Highway 15 harness. The car will be a whole new experience come spring time. I also have on order a Yoshifab rear mount dizzy with high rez wheel.

Who on here is running a Haltech setup on a B230FT and can share a base map with me and give me some advice for setting it up? Thanks!

Update time. Almost all of the wiring is done. I'm setting up Haltech's Elite 1000 with NSP software currently. Tonight after much tinkering i got it to sputter for a second.

After a major moment of dyslexia, the car now runs. I had typed in that the CAS wheel was 42 teeth when it is in fact 24 teeth. Due to that bone headed move and having the timing set at 10 instead of -10 it would not come close to starting. When Haltech says to unplug your ignition before rebooting, DO IT!!!! I had a bunch of pops in the exhaust which were no biggie. Then the A/F ratio reached the right mix, my ears were ringing for an hour. Luckily that's all that happened.

Took a few blips of the throttle for the wideband to dial in the idle for me. I did translate some of the information from MAXXECU, perhaps that helped some bit. On to assembling more of the car now that it runs. WOOOOOOOOO!!!

Rolled over 70 miles last night, took it to a nother cruise night further out. Now it's time to figure out the cure for the off idle stumble while moving and also the stall when i shift it into gear

Over 1000 miles now. Started taking Online course from High Performance Academy on fuel injection tuning so by December i will have this on the dyno for tuning. Also ordered some H beam rods from Yoshifab... More power for spring coming. Any questions about Haltech, just ask.
